Complete damper rebuild and air can service on a Fox 36 Factory fork and Float X2 shock.

Kids Bike Overhaul Day

Serviced 12 kids bikes for a local youth cycling program — safety checks, brake adjustments, chain replacements.

Result: All 12 bikes passed safety inspection. Program served 40+ kids that season.

Hydraulic Brake Upgrade

Upgraded mechanical disc brakes to Shimano XT hydraulic on a touring bike loaded for cross-country trip.

Wheelset Build for Triathlon

Hand-built carbon wheelset with DT Swiss hubs and Sapim CX-Ray spokes for a triathlon time trial bike.
